I heard that in eSignal 7.7 one can code Study of a Study (e.g. Bollinger of RSI, etc.)
Where can I find more details about it?

That feature has been available since version 7.4 if memory serves me correctly.
Regardless you can find a brief example of how to do it with the Formula Wizard here
