    Hi all,
    I have upgraded from Basic to Premium recently and I still cant access advanced charting.

    When I first log on, it (Advanced charting) loads on a default chart that is on the screen, but as soon as I enlarge that screen or try to do anything to it it drops out and tells me that advanced charting is not activated.

    Is there a setting that I may need to change.
