7.8 is now available and addresses quite a few outstanding bugs. Most are listed in the official announcement but not neccesarily all fixes have been notated. If you are dealing with any specific bug in version 7.7 or earlier, please upgrade to 7.8 and re-test.

One of the features listed is a Line Tool Enhancement - new price ruler tool that displays the difference between the end points.

What is this and how is it accessed?

To enable it right click the Segment icon in the Line Toolbar and put a check mark in Price Ruler
