FTP documentatation

Does Esignal have a help file or documents for using the image publisher for uploading using the FTP option? I know there is nothing to this but I keep getting errors, and I know how to set up FTP connections.

Has Esignal noticed any problems with the FTP upload for this?
As I play with it and test it out. Sometimes it wants to work and sometimes it don't. The errors coming back are "500 unknown command", I went to test my servers with 2 other FTP uploaders at the same time with no errors inccuring using them.

This is not a big issue, but would really like to resolve this little bug I am running into.

NOTE: All directories and file are "CHMOD" to the right settings.
