7.8. Problems with Volume/Tick-Charts+Eurex

Good Morning,

since installation of esignal 7.8. i have problems with the volume charts on Eurex and Xetra.

The chart for AX Z4-DT (600V) only shows the data for the current day and the indicators have no plot.

The same for a 200T chart.


For es #f it works fine with plotting past data and indicator values.

You need to set the Time Template to load more than 1 day - which is the default - when using T or V intervals.

Hi Alex,

the Time Template is set to load 20 days. As mentioned above the same template and chart works fine with the US futures.

Is it specifically set to load a defined number of days for User Defined intervals T and V?
If not try to set up a User Defined interval for T and set it to 10 days (which BTW is the maximum number of days available for tick based charts). See also this thread

Hi Alex,

after clearing all cache and temp folder, restarting the computer and creating complete new pages and templates, it works now.
