Hi Anson, The lag is to the tune of 3-7 seconds depending on the stock (mostly NASDAQ). It happens throughout the day and during the early part of the day it's at its worst.
I just got off the phone with tech support and they claim the issue is probably with eSig ver 7.8, I was told 7.8 is significantly more resource hungry and there is a known issue with it causing lag. I was recommended to roll back to eSig 7.7.
I'll give that a try and see if it resolves the problem - or at least improves things.
I was amazed though to learn that the new version has a known issue of causing lag, I don't believe I have seen any communications go out to customer regarding this.
