Poor man's Level 2

The attached efs will display the most recent bid/ask prices 4 levels deep - even if you don't have Level2 capability. This is done by 'remembering' the most recent bid and displaying the info in relation to the current bid/ask. Bid/Ask data fills in as the efs runs, historical values are not retrevable.
