This is actually a more complex question than can be answered in one or two words....
If you are asking will it run then:
For Itanium ("Itanic"): My guess is never. This is a dying technology with hardly any user base (despite HP and Intel trying to push the beast).
For AMD 64 (Athlon and opteron): Runs eSignal runs as is right now.
For Intel AMD compatible 64 (Intel must hate that wording): eSignal should run as is.
If you are asking...will eSignal ever be a 64 bit executable (and therefore be able to take advantage of larger memory and file sizes) that is something eSignal will have to answer. Currently I don't see a huge need for this, and would rather see them focus on threading the app. Not that the two concepts are equal in effort...
