    Dear Colleague Trader,
    Happy New Year!
    Please check your Esignal bill. My bill jumped from Euro 197,- to 490 because without my permission services where added. The costs for these services where already deducted from my credit card.

    Hi Mack,

    Did you contact our Customer Service Dept and ask about your bill? I'm not aware of any systemic billing errors recently and we always try to announce any and all price changes via email or letter. Considering the reported jump in your bill, sure sounds like something unusual occurred and should be easily explained once examined.

    If there was an error, we can certainly remedy it quickly and refund the credit card on file.
