  • How do I load up realtime and historical Emini SP, YM, Nas

Was I supposed to have requested Eminis during my sign up?

In a normal chart if I type in ES #F Nothing comes up.

I would like to watch the E Minis live.

I am on 30 day trial.

You need to set them up for real time in your Account (CME E-mini and CBOT Mini packages).
To do this click Customer Support->Account Maintenance in the main menu.

Because those are the exchanges on which those futures contracts are traded. Note that I specifically referred to the Mini packages of the corresponding exchange

Ok I will add them if my other charting program does not.

Am I still able to download historical data to use in REPLAY mode?

Are the correct symbols ES #F YM #F NS #F?

You can download historical data for use in Tick Replay (up to a maximum of 10 days)
The correct symbols are ES #F (E-mini S&P), YM #F (Mini Dow) and NQ #F (E-mini Nasdaq). These are the symbols for the continuous contracts

I am trying to download tick data for ES #F and cannot get anything. It keeps saying connectiong but nothing happens.

What other things should be checked other than file name?

              YM works by the way.

Are you downloading data with the Tick Downloader?
If yes have you subscribed to the CME E-mini package?
