How do I get more historical data?

I only have 4 months of historica data. How do I get more?

Here's a KB article on the history data available on eSignal.

If that doesn't help, please give an example of a symbol you are looking at and the details of how you're pulling up the history data (i.e. in a Standard Chart, Advanced Chart, time template being used, daily data vs. intraday data, etc.)
