Advanced Charting Problem

Brand new to Forum with what is probably (I hope) a basic problem. Upon trying to open an advanced chart, as per the product training video, I get 'Advanced Charting not enabled'.

I am unable to find any reference to this in the help area. Any ideas?

That may be due to your subscription package. If it is eSignal Basic then it does not include Advanced Charting. Click here for information on the available subscriptions
