NQ #F Daily Chart on 1/18/2005

How come Monday's OHLC data is combined with todays data? what should be a date of 1/18/2005 for the most current bar is 1/17/2005. The CME website has a bar for both today and yesterday. Issues like this are not good when you are trading mechanically.
