Liffe Futures Data is not correct

It looks like just the FTSE 100 and Cocoa contracts work
correctly but anything else displays incorrectly.

The attached image is an example of the FTSE 250.

Am I doing something wrong?

It looks like you are inserting an invalid spread symbol. Here's a listing of Liffe contracts. You may also want to read this KB article on Spreads.

Thanks for the prompt response. I am setting the chart to display the symbol "LY H5-LF", which is the March FTSE 250 contract. Surely "- FTSE 250,1" displayed by eSignal is the name of the contract and chart period, and not a spread?

Can you try and display it an see if it works for you?

That appears to be a very thinly traded contract but still the chart should fill in more than it is. We'll report to QA and let you know.

After further review, data looks OK, albeit not much trading going on. May want to adjust your time template and stretch out the date/time axis so the chart is easier to read. Attached is an example. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
