Has anyone ever compared Esignal L2 Quotes to other quote providers? If so, which one have you compared it to & is Esignal ahead or lagging the other service?

For Nasdaq quotes, I regularly compare eSignal and TAL data (RealTick). I've seen TAL lag eSignal, but never eSignal lagging TAL. The only times that I see a stutter in the data is when I hit 100% CPU, but that's a PC problem, not the data feed.
