  • Tahoe/eSignal Trials

    I have been using a 30-day trial of Tahoe Charts and now have a 30-day trial of eSignal. Since getting eSignal, I can no longer use my trial of Tahoe. I get a message saying I am not authorized.
    Also, how can I get historical forex charts in eSignal (or any historical charts for that matter - only daily seems to work on equities, not on forex).

    Hi acorll,

    Because the Data Manager controls both eSignal and Tahoe Charts, you'll need to specify which account you intend on currently using. To change the account username and password in the Data Manager, you'll need to open the DM and choose the "File" menu, and then "Properties."

    Once you make the change, you'll want to close the Data Manager and re-launch the appropriate application. Hope this helps.
