Changing the exchange

Hello, i have Esignal with IB integrated trading.

But i can't change the exchange when i chose to make a quick order, it's always on SMART.

Is it possible to change it to another ECN, and how?

Hi Purineur,

The way the integrated trading is currently set up in eSignal, you can select the market you wish to send to, but it only applies to futures symbols. Whenever you are looking to transmit an order for a stock, option or future option, the integrated trading will not allow users to make any changes to that area. In the case of futures however, you can specify the exchange.

Here's an example, I've opted to send an order for 1 ES contract. Once the "Symbol Type" is selected, I can then change the exchange destination. In this case, I chose GLOBEX. This information will then carry over to TWS.
