Can I use Alerts to send Quotes to Email?

Greetings All,

I just got an e-mail capable cell phone that I can send e-mail alerts to whenever alert parameters are met.

I spend most of the trading day in front of my monitors. When I step away or go out to lunch I feel like I'm flying blind if I have open positions. Is there any way to send periodic alerts showing the last trade price (or bid/ask) to my email?

Once every 10-15 minutes should be enough. Any ideas??
I don't really need mobile streaming quotes or charts otherwise I'd get a quotrek unit. I just need a periodic quote update on a handful of symbols while I'm away from my monitors.
