save efs editor window size and position

Can Esignal add the feature of saving efs editor window size and position? I am using three screens. Each time I open an editor window, it alway expand to all three window, which is very annoying.

Glad to see I am not alone in wanting to stop this monster from overtaking all my screens.
Resizing every opening of it is annoying.
Eventually when this is fixed I hope other windows are also reigned in too, such as the browser and the mIRC windows.
