  • URGENT = Help Needed = Suddenly my username or password invalid

    Would somebody from eSignal help me?

    I have EOD subscription and untill few hours ago it was working fine.

    I just turned on my eSignal application again and now it says either user name or password is invalid.

    Although it was on auto log on, I tried to put in user & password again but it doesn't work.


    It is a holiday in US and you guys are closed.

    Am I stuck with no data for a 3 day weeekend eventhough I have paid for it untill January 2006 ?

    OR

    Can somebody help me with this problem?

    Please Give me a private e mail address of one of the moderators or support people so that I can give you my personal information to have my account reactivated or whatever needs to be done to get me started again.

    I just subscribed to eSignal and am still trying to learn it this weekend.

    This certainly does not help.

    Hope there is a way to resolve this kind of problem.

    Hi Steve,

    It's true that all our support offices are closed today in observance of Good Friday. You can send me a Private Message with your account information (name, username, etc) and I'll see what I can find out.
