How Do I import an efs

I am learning the eSignal and would like to know

(1) How do I apply an efs that is posted in bulletin board and in which study folder would it appear so that I can apply it ?

(2) How do I remove an efs study if I don't find it useful ?

(3) Where can I read more about an efs that is posted on BB. I see the efs but not a detailed description of what they are & how to use them?
