News is not scrolling

Does anyone know how to fix Esignal news...Mine does not seem to be scrolling. I can manually update it but then it freezes again

If you could provide a little more information about how you are retrieving the news headlines, we can look at what may be happening here. Are you referring to the News Manager, the News Ticker? Which specific window is not scrolling the news? Please let me know. Thanks.
