Very slow data input at the market open or close

Recetnly I got very slow or dead market data at the market open or close. The data couldn't refresh at all. what a great service!

Does anyone get this problem?

Thanks for the post. There are several different types of causes for this kind of performance. Without any specific details, determining what may be happening here is a guess at the very best.
