Premarket data

I'm trying to figure out how to watch a list of stocks and see the prices that they are trading at premarket. (before 9:30 EST). I can see that the volume changes, but I can't see the last price or % fields changing. I can see that the trades show up on the charts, but for some reason my quote window doesn't show them.

Is this behavior supposed to happen?
