  • ISA configuration

I am using L2TP over IPSec dialup VPN inbound Connnection to the ISA
Server at my university Wifi network, I am using esignal premier. My
problem is that I’m receiving RT quotes but no charts nor news nor
anything else although the network administrator followed every step in
the “Firewall and Proxy Server Configuration” document but it didn’t work.
Can anyone help me with a step by step procedure to configure the ISA
    Server accordingly?

PS: the quotes were working fine but charts were "trying".

The ISA Firewall is setup very similar to other firewall packages. Here's an excerpt from our Firewall/Proxy Server KnowledgeBase Article:

Depending on the subscribed services, you may need to configure up to 6 outgoing ports on the firewall. Here are the port assignments:

Port 2189 - Connection Manager and Financial Quotes Server (required)
Port 2190 - News Server (required for News access)
Port 2192 - Intraday History Server (required for intraday and tick data)
Port 2193 - International Tick Server (required for International Intraday history data)
Port 2194 - Daily History Server (required for daily historical data)
Port 2196 - Market Depth Server (required for Market Depth data)

Here's a screenshot of the ISA Server when these ports are setup. Please note that some unrelated information has been removed from this screenshot.
