    Hello Robert,

    Could we get some additional information about how this error is occurring? Is this reoccurring, what steps are you taking to recreate this, if any? Also, what version of eSignal are you running?

    Jay,

    - The eSignal version is 7.2, I'm running xp pro. It will mostly occur after grabbing an advanced chart with the mouse and moving it arround. Other times it will just die.

      Hello Bob,

      I would suggest a complete uninstall and reinstall to possibly correct this problem. Directions for this process can be found here.
