    yesterday May 10, I noticed that i was not able to refresh my charts and found that the tick and history servers were not connected and no amount of disconnecting and reconnecting of the manager and the dialup line during the market worked. After market they were working.

    tracert shows a good path until it reaches esignal addresses

    any explanation or time frame for correction?

    Is this the only online vehicle for performance?

    Is the old color coded system gone?

    We are not aware of any systemic connectivity problems on our end (when these occur, we typically get a large influx of calls/emails.) Feel free to email us your tracert results, and a technician will evaluate them to make sure there is no issues on our end.
