Keeping trendline on basic charts?

How can I keep the trendline on my basic charts, once I add them I'm okay but when I click onto a new quote (stock pick) the chart updates to the new stock, but of course the trendline goes away when I come back. Is there anyother way to do this. I can add a simple line in the advanced chart. My guess is that I have to use advanced charts to do this??

The Basic Chart in eSignal lacks the capability to retain trendlines, you will have to use Advanced charts.

The Advanced chart retains trendlines and other line tools allowing the user to manage the period of time those lines will remain in the chart (Line Tools / Line List...)
