is there any way to scan for gaps, for example, list all stocks that gapped more than 2% today?

We don't have a "Gap Scanner" per se, but what would I suggest is the Pre-market Scanner available with the Scanner Package. This is an add-on to your eSignal subscription.
Within this scanner, you can select to view various types of price changes in the pre-market trading session. The % Gainers and % Losers are a good way to search for gaps. It utilizes the closing price from the previous day and then compares to the first print in the pre-market session. At this point in time, there isn't a way to select a particular percentage change as you mentioned.
