Removing Names of Stocks in charts

How do i remove the name of the company, the time, ect at the top of the advanced chart. I would rather use the title bar with the symbol and the time?

I've checked the properties and I can't find a solution.

When using Pages the name of the window is assigned by the application.
To assign a name of your choice to a window you would need to switch to Layouts.
