Problems loading data

I am running eSignal version 7.9 Build 719....everything was working great for a while, but all of a sudden, for the last few days, I have been unable to load up any charts other than what had already previously been loaded. I just continue to get a a message that says "Loading Data...."

Any suggestions on what I can do (other than a complete re-install) to fix the problem?

Hi Jachyra,

What type of chart are you loading (example: interval chart or a tick chart)? What symbol do you have loaded in the chart? Is your pc time synchronized according to your time zone. Please feel free to provide us with more information to help troubleshoot your issue. Thanks
