No Trade Window

When I go to menu item Trade/eSignal Paper Trade/Trade all that happens is that a smidgen of a title bar opens up that says 'Paper Trading - ...' and it is not expandable to a full-size window. I tried to reset all but still I get no trading window.

How do I fix this? I am using 7.9 but this problem was around in earlier versions.

The thickness of the title bar should not be any thinner than the buttons at the top of the window. By minimizing the title bar and pushing the lower window edge all the way to the top, the minimum size never surpassed the height of the buttons. Here's an example. If you could include a screenshot, it may help figure out what is happening here.

I just realized that the screen shot you included was of the broker window menu item, which works OK on my setup. The screen shot I sent was of the Trade menu item. Hope this helps.
