Cannot get Esignal to go back more than 6 months

I have tried to load intraday 5 minute data, using the "go back to date" function in order to try out some strategies using past data.
I would like to enter any date (up to 2 years) in the past on a 5 minute chart and Esignal should jump right to this date.
I have tried to create a new time template (since this is what a window, which pops up when using the go back function, tells me is missing, - look at the attached picture please) but to no avail.
Who can help me to create such a template please?
