Version 7.9R1 and Win2k Pro

Running on Win 2000 Pro. Had version 7.6R3 and could run under ADMIN account or other PowerUser accounts. Installed version 7.9R1. Now runs under ADMIN account but NOT under PowerUser accounts. PowerUser attempt to run winsig.exe now triggers CoreReport.exe instead. Whats wrong???

We should have a 7.9.1 Beta/1 out shortly which should address the admin/non-admin user issue. Apparently some settings were changed in an XML parser that we use from IE.
