eSignal Crashes - Help !

I just installed eSignal. When I start it, the main screen comes up, but then I receive a prompt asking me if I want to "save the page" (what page) and the application terminates. I have Advanced Get 8.2 installed also. Should I uninstall it ? What's up ?

This behavior happens when you open eSignal, but the Data Manager contains the username for another product. You may want to open the Data Manager independently and make sure that the username and password are set for the eSignal account you are attempting to use. Hope this helps.
