Tick and volume charts stopped working

My tick and volume charts have stopped working and I can't figure out why. I can load symbols in any time frame but when I try a tick or volume chart, it just says Loading Data and nothing comes up.

Has anyone got an idea as to what could be causing the problem? I don't think it is software related as they were working fine before.

Hi Runningbear,

Perhaps an ISP or server problem. I would try disconnecting and re-connecting after waiting several minutes.

I wanted to check in and see if this was still an issue. I've gone through various symbols and the tick and volume based charts are loading properly. If you could provide a few symbols and volume/tick settings, we can work with it on this end. Please let me know.

I'm not sure what caused the problem but I managed to solve it.

I upgraded to 7.9.1 release canditate and rebooted my router, firewall and modem then they began working again.

It may have well been something at my end.
