version 7.9 crashes

where is the 7.8 version download address....
I "upgraded" to 7.9 which resulted in a downgrade!
System crash with widows 98.
Please post the 7.8 version download

Try this link which shows you how to download older versions. I tried it per the instructions on the link and was able to get to the 7.8 downloader.
