  • cursor window says ok instead of OK

What is the difference between OK in caps and ok in lower case in the cursor window on advanced charts? I ocassionally get a chart saying ok, and my user-defined spread chart always says ok, not OK.

I believe the lower case ok indicates that not all the requested data could be loaded

      checkraise,
The "OK" means that your connection to the server is good and that your data will load fine.
The "ok" indicates that there might be a potential problem with the connection to the server. You can refresh the chart by holding the Ctrl key in your keyboard while you click the "ok". If the bar does not show "OK" then close the program and reopen it after 10 seconds.
