When i run esignal (doesn't matter which version) on one computer and am viewing an intraday advanced chart the current bar will disappear to a single tic on the next trade. when I refresh data the whole bar will reappear until another trade then disappear and show last trade only Any ideas?

I have not seen a problem like that before, the only problem I've seen that could be compared to that one is when the bars bottom to a 0 (zero) price.
That happened when clients were using or installed previously a particular third party software.
Are you using (or previously installed) any third party software, like Tradestation 2000i in the PC you are experiencing problems?
If not, have you tried to uninstall eSignal completely and reinstall the latest version?
