Still getting data after 16:00 ?

Hello,
I have a Time Template set for 4 days of tick data, start time 9:30 and end time 16:00 (eastern standard time). My PC is set for Eastern Standard Time.

I am running a 63 tick chart on the Mini Russell 2000.

Why am I still getting data after 16:00 and before 9:30?
Please see the attached image.
I am sorry. the image I posted shows Dynamic but I changed it to 4 days and the chart still looked the same as the one below.

Start/End times are not enabled at this time with tick based charts (ie tick-bars, volume-bars, price change-bars and seconds-bars). You can only control the number of days being loaded in the chart (up to a maximum of 10 days)
