  • How to display the RSI(14) of $SPX in a specific cell of Microsoft Excel?

I want to create a table in MS Excel to display some indicators of market indices ( for example, RSI(14) of $SPX, red if RSI>80, green if RSI<20 ). How can Excel communicate with Esignal to call certain studies on certain symbols?

    Clearpicks,

The TurboFeed Data Manager (DM) is the application that sends data from our servers to applications (ie. eSignal, Excel, 3rd Party Apps.) The DM does not do any study calculations as it is the duty of the applications receiving the data to accomplish this, thus Excel would need to calculate it's own RSI values.

The quick answer is that Excel would not be able to pull RSI data from eSignal or the Data Manager.
