continuous contracts and time templates

Tried moving my ES #F to a continuous contract ES 1!. It worked fine, except it seems to use the wrong time template. I have a template specified 'West Coast' that goes from 6:30 to 13:15. When I go to ES 1!, I get a time range 7:30 to 14:15, but the data is still stamped west coast time, so I loose the first hour, and gain an hour of Globex. Tried several adjustments to continuous contracts and time templates to no avail. Time templates is:

blank interval
Days 0
Days checked
Start 6:30
End 13:15
Automatic not checked
