No User PW

Hi

I updated my esignal to 7.91 ( build 732 ) and cant get a chart loaded.
Watchlists are loading properly with quotes and everything, password is ok and all lights are green( those at the bottom ).
But the main chart is not loading, light is red and says "User PW" which sometimes changes to yellow and "trying...".

What is this?
Firewall misconfigured? Wrong ports open on my router?

Hi Zig,

To fix this, open Esignal and click on File, then Preferences. Click on the connection tab and re-type your username and password. After you are done click on OK and restart Esignal. You should be OK after that.
