Networking Password Issues

I just installed a computer last night at home. I installed esignal on it. It is attached to a home network via a router with my old machine. the old machine also has esignal on it. I am not running esignal at the same time on both machines since i only have one log in. The problem is on the new machine it will show me quotes in esignal but no advance charts or level 2. the advanced charts are all blank and wont fill in. the data manager on the nw machine says I-Net: Connection Normal(2 users) and i assume this is where the problem lies. on level 2 it says User/PW in red showing an error. How can i get around this issue. when i 'm using the old machine it does not show these issues.

Try reinserting your login and password on the new machine. To do this select File-> Preferences and then the Connection tab. Remember that both the login and password are case sensitive
