Snapshot Window not Displaying/Working

Hi,

My snapshot window has suddenly stopped working. After clicking the "camera" the icon is displayed on the task bar ("Capture Window"), but the window does not apear. I have tried reinstalling Esignal but this has not fixed it.

Can anyone help?

Close eSignal and the Data Manager. Then in the Windows directory open the file winsig.ini. In the file search for a section that looks like the following (note that the values for top, bottom, etc will be different)
[DlgSearchWindow]
bTitleBar=Yes
top=102
bottom=264
left=4
right=312
Replace the values you have with those shown here, then save and close winsig.ini.
Restart eSignal and the Capture window should now appear in the top left corner area of the application desktop.
