i suspect this is more of an excel problem than an esignal problem but here goes. i just installed a new hard drive. last week all my macros worked great but after installing excel, i can't get my esignal macros to work. i have the security level set to low on excel but when i open up a spreadsheet, it just hangs there when i say yes to update via the macro. if i choose no, than the spreadsheet opens. Any ideas...i've already repaired the office installation.

    Hi Jeddins,

To use Excel with eSignal, usually the proper steps is to click on your windows Start button goto All Programs, eSignal and then click on Excel Sample. This will prompt a message where you will click on Enable Macros and then the sigtool icons will appear within Excel.

If you need further assistance please feel free to private message me with your user name and password and will be happy to contact you for further support.
