    Are there any problems with the News Service today?

    I'm using Dow Jones Commodities Basic and I'm not receiving any fresh news today. All I get is news from yesterday, no updates?

    Everything else - Quotes, Charts - works fine.

      I had tried to restart eSignal, but it did not work. A complete reboot of my PC made the news flow in again.

      I have not seen this before, hope it remains a one-time hiccup.

        I am having issues with the news manager as well. It keeps giving a blocked error. Any suggestions?

          Hi Psychtrader,

          Because the News Manager utilizes a different port, many antivirus applications will ask permission before allowing it to run. Typically, the NM.exe will be the requested file. If you are working off of LAN, you may want to check with your system administrator to insure that Port 2190 is permissioned to allow data. Here is a breakdown of the various ports that eSignal utilizes.
