Tick Download - Sequence Error

I have just come across an error in a recent tick file I downloaded for 6E #F (Euro).

I have been performing some data analyses and have assumed records in download files are in date/time sequence. My program crashed when current day failed to roll over at midnight.

Is my assumption not correct?

I'm wondering if others are aware of (or have come across) this problem, or if there is something can I do to prevent the problem from reoccurring in future downloads.

As you indicated, the reason it fails is due to rolling from 050725, and then to 050725, the same day. I have not had this problem before.
