eSignal's symbol lookup engine is so slow

It seems that eSignal's symbol search engine is often painfully slow.

Could you provide some examples of symbols you are searching for? I've done a variety of searches with stocks, futures and other instrument types and it usually resolves within 1-2 seconds. If you could let us know how you are searching the database (i.e.) Symbol, Keyword and other search settings, it will help as we try to duplicate the query. Thanks.
