Dramatic download performance on eSignal Central

I am downloading below 1kb/s on a 1Mbit line...no problem with other sites...

We are not experiencing any downloading problems that I'm aware of. I have downloaded files from home last night & this morning with no slow down. Was this a one time thing, or has everyone of your downloads been affected in this manner?

It is like that everyday...Every time I upload or download a file.
I have a big pipe and it is working really good generally for US websites.

Also I noticed that on Automated Trading, some of my file comments had disappeared during the weekend. As I am the only admin, it is strange. Another strange fact : I can't edit them again...

In case we aren't testing at the same times, we will have our London staff do some testing over the next few days and see if they run into any performance problems.

I tried again tonight and I was downloading at 9kb/s so it is better than the last days

A lot better but still low...My line maximum is 100kb/s...
